We began our adventure at Stockholm airport, a drive that quickly immersed us in Sweden’s stunning countryside. The scenic roads, lined with charming houses and vast forests, were the ideal setting for what we wanted to capture. A stop for traditional Fika allowed us to appreciate the quiet beauty of rural Sweden. Meeting a local homeowner, who was excited about our project, was a genuine highlight.
Our approach was to emphasize the smooth lines of the Volvo against the gentle, natural colors of the Swedish landscape. When the sun peeked through, it added a lovely natural light, a nice contrast between the car’s modern look and the classic appeal of the Swedish countryside. The resulting images aim to convey a sense of Scandinavian style combined with nature, reflecting Volvo’s values of safety, simplicity, and its connection to the environment.
